Are Marshmallows Gluten Free?

Gluten-Free Confidence Score: 9/10

Generally speaking, marshmallows are gluten-free. We have yet to find a brand of marshmallows that are not gluten-free, but it is still possible that there are some out there. So, take a moment and check the ingredient and nutrition label just to be 100% sure.   Need help in understanding what to look for on those labels? We have a guide - check it out!

can you name brands that have marshmallows gluten-free?

Kraft (Jet-Puffed) marshmallows are gluten-free as well as Campfire brand. Campfire marshmallows are made by Doumak (which also makes many store brands) so a lot of the marshmallows at the store are gluten-free. Hope that helps!

Thank you!!!! I spent a lot of time at the grocery store today trying to find the “gluten free” symbol on marshmallow packages and I didn’t see one on any of the brands at the store. I even used the little QR marking to try to get more info but it kept failing. I ended up buying one of the brands you mentioned. I appreciate it. We’re not gluten free, but so many friends have issues, it’s good to have some resources. We’ll be making gluten free marshmallow treats next week.
