Are Potato Chips Gluten-Free?

The answer when it comes to determining if potato chips are gluten-free or not is that…it depends. Plain ‘ol potato made by Fritolays, Ruffles, and Kettle Brand, are usually gluten-free as the ingedient list usually consists of potatoes, oil, and salt.

The “gluten problem” arises when you’re talking about flavored chips.
