Yes, beans are gluten-free. You may want to check any canned beans that have added flavors, but canned and fresh beans are naturally gluten-free. This would include kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, white beans, garbanzo beans and many others.

      Pillsbury makes a GF pie crust that is sort of pre-made! It is in a tub, so you do have to roll it out and bake it. My favorite pie crust, though, is to make a crunchy, baked granola (for a simple version you could just coat some rolled GF oats with some butter or olive oil and a little melted honey and bake at about 250 for a couple of hours and then let sit in the oven overnight to slooowwwly cool – makes it crunchier that way!) and then blend that up in your blender for the crust. You’ll need to melt a little butter and mix it before pressing into the pan to bake.
